Due to the unique and irreplaceable nature of original artworks, all sales of original paintings are final. We do not accept returns or offer exchanges on original paintings. Editions (Canvas Prints):
We pride ourselves on the exceptional quality of our canvas prints and stand behind every piece we create. If, however, you receive your print and find a significant discrepancy in quality or result compared to what was presented on our site, we are here to help.
Return & Exchange Policy for Canvas Prints:
- Eligibility: Returns and exchanges on canvas prints are considered on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the artwork using this contact form to alert us of the discrepancy.
- Condition: The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Items not in their original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error cannot be accepted for return.
- Process: Upon receipt of your email, we will respond promptly with an assessment of your case and instructions on how to proceed. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a shipping label and instructions for returning your print.
- Replacement: If a return or exchange is confirmed, we will issue a replacement print. We aim to make this process as seamless as possible to ensure your satisfaction with the final product.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for returning an item are covered by us if the return or exchange is due to a quality discrepancy on our part. Otherwise, shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer.
General Notes:
- We strive to represent our artworks as accurately as possible through detailed descriptions and high-quality images. Discrepancies due to slight color variations on different monitors are not considered grounds for a return or exchange.
- Each case will be evaluated individually to ensure fairness and customer satisfaction.
